• College Predictor Tool: A free online tool that uses historical cutoff data from examinations such as JEE Main, NEET, COMEDK, SRMJEE, and VITEEE to estimate a student's chances of admission at various colleges. Predictions are generated based on past data and statistical analysis.
• Admission Guidance: Personalised counselling and guidance to help students navigate the college admission process, including college selection, application strategy, and counselling round support.
• Education Consultancy: Professional consultancy services for students and parents seeking expert advice on higher education options in India.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Website and Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the predictor tool or registering for our services.
• Use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes related to education and admission guidance.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Website or Services without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our college predictor tool provides estimates based on historical cutoff data from previous admission cycles. These predictions are for informational and guidance purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of admission to any college or programme.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Actual admission outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond historical data, including changes in seat availability, reservation policies, counselling procedures, and the competitive landscape of each admission cycle.
• We make no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of predictions generated by the tool.
• LS Consultancy Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or reliance on our predictions or Services.
• Our liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the specific service in question.

6. Payment Terms

The college predictor tool is available free of charge. However, our personalised counselling and consultancy services may involve fees, which will be communicated to you before any paid engagement begins.

• All fees for paid services will be agreed upon in writing or via email before work begins.
• Payments are to be made through the methods specified at the time of engagement (bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes).
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For paid counselling and consultancy services:

• Before service commencement: If you cancel before any counselling sessions or consultancy work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, minus a 10% administrative charge.
• After service commencement: If you cancel after services have commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the proportion of services already delivered. No refund will be issued for services already rendered.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
• Non-refundable services: Any service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.
